| You can earn four credits if you do not presently have a job,
or earn up to ten credits if you are working by enrolling in
this class. Instruction is designed to train students to communicate
well and to effectively succeed at their jobs. Each semester
focuses on employability skills within the hospitality industry.
The class offers a hands-on experience in operating the Dolphin
Inn, a 27-room inn in downtown Carmel. Students will learn skills
in four departments: reservations, front desk, housekeeping,
and security and maintenance |
